The Grilled Cheeserie is a local Nashville staple founded by husband and wife team Joseph and Crystal Bogan, who are still involved on a full-time basis to ensure the culture, food quality, and guest service all continue to meet our high standards.
The core idea behind our concept is to take a simple, nostalgic household favorite like grilled cheese and elevate it to an entirely new level. We take a fine dining approach to everything offered on our menu, which is led by Crystal, who is a classically trained chef. There are no shortcuts taken in the kitchen, with attention to detail being essential.
